Design Process

The primary objective of this project was to design an intuitive and trustworthy health and wellness experience that allows users to easily manage their health-related activities in one place. The focus was on creating clear, reliable flows for key actions such as setting reminders, accessing expert support, managing subscriptions, handling payments, and updating personal health information.


Given the sensitive nature of health data, the design approach prioritized clarity, reassurance, and ease of use. Each feature was designed to feel simple and predictable, reducing friction and helping users feel confident as they navigate the app.


To achieve this, I broke the product down into core feature areas and designed each flow around a single user goal at a time. For example, requesting to speak with an expert was designed as a guided, step-by-step process, while reminders and profile management were structured to allow quick edits without overwhelming the user.


Special attention was given to feedback and system states. Confirmation screens, empty states, and success messages were intentionally designed to keep users informed and reassured at every step. Subscription and payment flows were handled with extra care to ensure transparency, security, and trust.


Overall, the design process focused on building a cohesive system where multiple features work together seamlessly, helping users stay on top of their wellness with less stress and more confidence.
